SHIPPING & RETURNS

SHIPPING POLICY

We ship worldwide.

- U.S. Orders: 3-5 days until arrival through USPS, unless otherwise stated in the product details of an item. Cost is calculated at time of checkout.

- European Orders: 7-12 business days until arrival. $13 flat rate.

- Australia or New Zealand Orders:  10-17 business days until arrival. $28 flat rate.

- Rest of World: 7-14 days until arrival. $18 flat rate.

 

A confirmation email will be sent to you upon ordering as well as a shipment tracking email once the order has shipped.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

We hope you enjoy your product and you are happy when it arrives. If you are not satisfied with your purchase and you are in the U.S., you have 30 days, from the date of delivery, to return your item(s). Please note that items must be returned in the same condition they were purchased, unless in the rare case that the product was faulty upon arrival to you. Please use the prepaid return label included with your package to ship your return.

If you are based internationally, we do offer returns after 30 days of delivery. Please fill-out the return form that you received with your order, when you ship the items back. International customers are to pay the return shipment fee.

If you ordered the wrong size or were originally looking for something different, we are happy to exchange it for another item. Please contact us at info@rareandretrosports.com and we will get back to you with next steps on making the exchange.
